Getting started

Welcome to BauxTP. This guide covers the basics that apply to every application — signing in, the navigation bar, notifications, and where to get help.

Signing in

All BauxTP applications use a single account (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD). If you can sign into your work email, you can sign into the apps.

1. Open the application you want (for example tasks.bauxtp.com).

2. The Microsoft sign-in form appears. Type your work email (name@tpu.mx, name@bauxtp.com, etc.).

3. Confirm your identity with whatever method your administrator configured (password, Authenticator, biometrics).

4. You go straight into the app. The session lasts several hours and renews itself while you use it.

Forgot your password?

Visit aka.ms/sspr to reset it yourself, or contact your internal administrator.

Switching company / tenant

Some apps (DigiConta, Hub Fiscal) are multi-company: a single account can see several companies. The selector is always in the top-left — look for the current company name and click to change.

Note

Your permissions may differ per company. Anything you can see in one company is not necessarily visible in another.

Finding help inside the app

Every app has a ? button (question mark) in the top bar. Clicking it takes you straight to the relevant guide on this site.

Notifications and support

• Notification center: the bell 🔔 in the top-right shows system notices.
• Email support: soporte@bauxtp.com — answered during business hours.
• AI chat: on any page of these Guides, open the chat in the bottom-right corner and ask in English or Spanish.
